Overview
With a bottle in her hand and a chip on her shoulder, Hylia offers a domineering presence to the scenery. Though often playful and flirtatious, she is just as easily crude, offensive and quick to push the boundaries of people she's only just met. Hylia has a very clear problem with authority, and furthermore any lack of control over her surroundings. Though she respects the strong, she will just as easily challenge them in her unrelenting pursuit for dominance. Any situation that finds her backed into a corner will cause her to lash out and revert to self-destructive tendencies; burning bridges, making enemies and besmirching her own beloved name.Hylia's life exists in an endless cycle of working, fighting, and debauchery. She rarely, if ever, takes the time to slow down to take a break, and will never allow herself to be alone. At the bare minimum she will perpetually keep the company of her pet puk, Purdy. Despite her usual air of casual indifference to everyone and everything, she is quick to play the role of a protector when the need arises, especially in the name of justice and for the few she cares about. Maybe there is something beneath this raucous disaster after all.
Pudgy Puk - Ensuring Hylia's ankle never goes unaccompanied is a small puk. Rotund, jovial and carefree, it seems to completely oppose everything about Hylia, and is always more than willing to make new friends, even if she is not.
Alcohol - Rarely, if ever, more than 5 fulms from a bottle and with breath laced with a sting, its no secret Hylia has a problem. She's always more than happy to pick up new drinking partners, or mooch a sip or two.
Dragoon - Despite her refusal to wear spiked armor and her glaring lack of Ishgardian features, Hylia is nonetheless a dragoon serving the Holy See of Ishgard. Anyone who frequents Central Coerthas, especially Camp Dragonhead, will have likely seen her around.
Ranger - Trained to be a ranger, Hylia is a skilled outdoorswoman, knowledgeable of hunting, fishing, trapping, survival, and general surveillance. Though she now prefers the city, she still makes her living as a premier big game huntress, well renowned for her swiftness and overall lethality.
